Pedro Weber
Worked in financial markets for 10 years as a partner at MSW (corporate mergers and acquisitions).
Partner and founder of Grupo Lifepro and former founding partner and CEO of Azure Jay Holding LLC. Structured Hipe S.A. and concluded the acquisition of América de Natal SAF.
Specialist in Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions, with an executive certificate from CBF Academy.

Alexandre Magalhães
Graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. With over 8 years of experience in financial markets, he has worked across private equity, debt capital markets (DCM), financial advisory and corporate finance.
Participated in structuring over BRL 100 million in DCM operations, enabling financing for more than 10 MW in power generation projects. Contributed to the development and construction of over 30,000 m² of retail distribution centers, accumulating broad experience in project management across the financial and infrastructure sectors.
Former Commercial Director at BRP Energias Renováveis and Senior Analyst at Ático Investimentos and Áureo Investimentos.

Pedro Lopes
Law degree from PUC-Rio, with post-graduate degrees in Civil Law and Procedural Law from the same institution. Master in Business Law from UERJ.
Former partner of prestigious law firms, advising clients on litigation and corporate restructuring.
