Alexandre Magalhães
Graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. With over 8 years of experience in financial markets, he has worked across private equity, debt capital markets (DCM), financial advisory and corporate finance.
Participated in structuring over BRL 100 million in DCM operations, enabling financing for more than 10 MW in power generation projects. Contributed to the development and construction of over 30,000 m² of retail distribution centers, accumulating broad experience in project management across the financial and infrastructure sectors.
Former Commercial Director at BRP Energias Renováveis and Senior Analyst at Ático Investimentos and Áureo Investimentos.

Harry Steinberg
British barrister (King’s Counsel) with practice focused on international sports law. Deeply connected to Brazilian football — he handles arbitrations, regulatory disputes and structured operations involving clubs, federations, SAFs and athletes across the UK–South America axis.
In sport, he is a specialist in FA Rule K arbitrations and concussion / on-field injury cases — where his high-value personal injury expertise meets the realities of modern football. He conducts international arbitrations and advises clients on complex cross-border disputes.
Listed by Chambers & Partners as "a highly skilled practitioner known for his representation of large claimant groups". He has taken test cases to the UK Supreme Court and appeared in landmark matters involving aviation, environmental disasters and jurisdictional questions — direct experience that underpins his international sports practice.

Felipe Martins
Executive with deep experience in corporate finance, controllership, treasury, financial planning, accounting and investor relations, operating in high-governance environments and regulated companies. His trajectory has focused on structuring and professionalizing financial and administrative operations, leading strategic projects in innovation, digital transformation, process automation and management intelligence.
He has worked directly on M&A deals, corporate incorporations, business integrations and engagement with Brazilian regulators such as CVM and B3, in addition to leading initiatives focused on operational efficiency, cash flow optimization and data-driven solutions.
Since February 2026, he leads the executive management of Paraná Clube SAF, conducting the club through a new cycle of professionalization, governance, operational modernization and institutional strengthening — connecting corporate vision, strategic management and hands-on experience in professional football.
